That’s exactly how I felt for many years. I was trying every fad diet, working out 6-7 days a week, starving myself, and never losing any weight.


One day, I hit a wall – I gained another 2lbs instead of losing, yet again. I was losing hope on this uphill battle and never coming close to seeing the other side. I was about to give up when I knew something had to change..


Determined to turn things around, I decided to change my approach – I started to depend on my expertise instead of others, and applied science to the equation. It wasn’t easy. I faced a lot of doubt that what I was doing wasn’t going to work, and learned a lot of valuable lessons along the way. 


Then, I discovered the power of consistency and the 80/20 rule. It simplified my weight loss journey, and helped me lose weight while putting in half the effort I was before. I was losing 1-2lbs a week and watched my body transform into the "never achievable" dream body I always desired. All while still enjoying everything I loved to eat and drink.
