I used the be queen of "one day" - an imaginary day where I not only loved my body, but I also was in shape, felt good, and had more energy. 

I'd "restart" every New Year, or 1st of the month, or heading into summer.

 

I tried new workout plans I found on the Internet or diet from the latest "influencer" - and yet year after year, minimal changes.

In today's busy world, looking after our bodies is tough. I had studied exercise & nutrition during my Exercise Science degree, and even I was struggling to truly unlock my dream body. 

Finally, I decided I had enough. 

I was overcomplicating things. I didn't need the latest flashy Instagram workout or complicated nutrition plan from a fitness model. 

I needed to apply the science-proven methods that I knew worked & tailor them to my life demands. 

I changed my diet, without being restrictive, and started to eat for my body and lost 20lbs in one summer. I changed my workouts from booty bands and HIIT circuits and built muscle - my dream legs and glutes. I started focusing on mobility and functional movements & started to eliminate aches and pains that plauged me for feel. 

Once I started to eat & train for my needs - I completely changed my body.

I left the gym I worked at that offered "cookie cutter" programs & group classes and started to work with private clients with the same approach that had transformed my own health. 

Individualized. Balance. Easy. Sustainable. 

My clients saw massive results. 

Eliminating chronic pain that they had for years. Losing weight and building their dream body. Adding "sexy" muscle that made them feel more confident in leggings or at the beach. 

I realized this isn't complicated. Most people just need the exact game plan to follow & the support and accountability to stay on track.

Hi, I'm Victoria! 
Chances are you've seen me on social media or I've helped one of your friends transform their health! 

I wasn't always fit. Truth is, after playing university soccer - my health completely fell off. I earned my bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, did my post-grad in health & wellness - but I was constantly sore, tired, and not able to get the body I dreamed about. 

That's when I decided to shed the "cookie cutter" approach to fitness & start to get personal with what my body and my lifestyle needed to thrive. 

 

Not only did I lose 30lbs, build the legs & muscle I dreamed about, and completely eliminate aches & pains - I also found an approach to fitness that I actually enjoy and fit my lifestyle. 

I realized fitness & health need to be personal! 

Since then I've brought this approach to hundreds of clients worldwide & helped them get their own life-changing wins - all while fitting health & fitness to their lifestyles.
