After years of trial and error, I figured out how to diet for successful weight loss. I lost 30lbs and have KEPT IT OFF! I've developed a healthy relationship with food, and more importantly, my mind and body.
I live a life free of hatred, guilt, and negative thoughts around my body or food! I’ve found balance - never eliminating foods, and still enjoying those “not so good for you” foods with ease of control. My life is full of peace, balance, and authentic happiness.

I’m a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science from Niagara College.
