Do I need a gym membership to complete the workouts?


NO! As long as you have resistance bands and a few dumbbells, workouts can be performed from the comfort of your home!




What if I don't know how to perform an exercise properly?


All programs include video links of how to perform each exercise with proper form and technique.




This sounds great, but I struggle with accountability, what support is offered to help me stay on track?


When you purchase a program you'll have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with fellow goal oriented people. All Facebook group members have access to weekly Zoom calls where we discuss weekly wins, struggles, and everything in between.




I'm new to working out, will I be able to keep up with the program?


YES! All programs are structured to give those new to working out the option to do less reps and sets, while more experienced lifters can increase their volume and weight.
