I help people regain control of their health and mind! I specialize in teaching others how to make healthier lifestyle choices, without sacrificing things they love - creating lasting changes.
I struggled with weight my entire life, and never stuck with a diet or exercise plan long enough for lasting change.

Three years ago, I found the key to success and lost 30lbs. Since then, I’ve maintained a body fat percentage of 15% YEAR ROUND, developed a healthy relationship with my body and food, and live a life of balance and happiness. I’m in complete control of my weight and mindset around diet and exercise!
